Anyone able to shed some light on my belief? Are there other examples of this type of transaction? I'd like to understand more than just the generality that was announced by FEED. And now I don't know what to do with my stake in this company. I can see both good and bad from this kind of deal. Who is the institution who purchased it? Why don't they tell us?
