China Green Agriculture to Ring Opening Bell

China Green Agriculture, Inc. (CGA) (“China Green Agriculture” or “the Company”), a leading producer and distributor of humic acid (“HA”) based compound fertilizer through its wholly owned subsidiary, Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd., today announced that Mr. Tao Li, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will ring the Opening Bell at the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) at 9:30 a.m. EDT on April 12, 2010.
