EastBridge Investment Group (EBIG) (OTC BB:EBIG) today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with a new client, Heyuan Dafeng Animal Husbandry Company Limited, (“Dafeng”), whose main business is located in Heyuan, Guangdong Province, China. EastBridge has been retained by Dafeng to assist it to become listed in the U.S. as soon as practical. Dafeng is in the integrated “Green Farming” business and produces premium hogs, feeds and organic fertilizers.
Mr. Siulai Cheung, Chairman of Dafeng, who has been a successful entrepreneur in Hong Kong and Guangdong Province for over twenty years, commented, “China is the largest consumer of pork.
