Unilava and China Wi-MAX Share Funding and Resources to Deploy in China

Unilava Corporation (OTCBB: UNLA) “Unilava,” a leading provider and developer of diversified communications and services across multiple devices and software platforms, announced today the first implementation of the their LOI with China Wi-Max Communications (OTCBB: CHWM) “CHWM,” to identify funding and resource opportunities to support engineering and capital needs towards their joint venture, targeting markets of over $60M USD in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

The joint venture will operate businesses with:

  • Unilava’s recent data center expansion with China Dragon Telecom, a pending acquisition, will provide a component that will enable the companies to meet the increased data needs in China;
  • CHWM has invested over $4M in developing fiber wireless services in China to offer customers advanced technology, improved reliability and fast data speeds;
  • More than 8 marketing, sales and call centers;
  • A footprint of 6 global offices around the globe.
